授業の
目的と概要
/Object

Summary
of Class | | 生体のさまざまな機能や病態は遺伝子情報を含めた分子レベルで理解が進み、創薬など新しい治療法がどんどん開発されている。どのような基礎的解析が進められてきたか、そして、その結果どのように新しい治療法に応用してきたのか、現在の問題点などを含めて具体的なテーマごとにそれぞれの専門家が紹介する。分子生物学、遺伝学など基礎的な知識を広く学習してもらうとともに、生命科学や生体機能維持がどのようになされてゆくかについて理解してもらう。
In this course, researchers who study different fields of science introduce the history and current state of their specialized fields and show the various functions and pathological conditions of the living body. Through the lecture, they show the process of the development of new therapies, such as drug discovery. So that students can deepen their understanding not only of the complex process of the diseases but also how new therapies have been developed based on the scientific technology. |
