目的と概要

of Class | | 本講義は、EBM (Evidence-Based-Medicine, 根拠に基づいた医療)を実践するための基本的な方法を講義する。1)適切な問題の設定、2)エビデンスとなる文献の検索、3)解析に用いられた手法の批判的吟味(内的妥当性の検討)、4)得られたエビデンスの､解析目的への適用可能性の吟味(外的妥当性の検討)、といった、EBMに必要とされる一連の作業について、実践的な方法を議論する。また、エビデンスとなる医学論文において用いられた統計解析手法についても､必要に応じて解説する。
This course covers basic methods of EBM (Evidence-Based-Medicine). In this course, practical methods and procedures necessary for EBM, including 1) proper setting of the problems, 2) retrieval of literatures that becomes evidence, 3) examination of methods adopted in the study (internal validation), 4) generalizability of the obtained result (external validation). Statistical methods used in the clinical literatures are also discussed. |

This course aims acquiring the ability to examine the medical research paper, and to digest scientifically and reasonably. In this course, students will understand the check points to be confirmed in each type of papers including “survey study”, “cohort study”, “clinical trial”, “case-control study”. |
