目的と概要

Summary
of Class | | 主要国際雑誌に掲載された生命医療倫理問題に関する実証研究論文を精読し、実例を通して、多様な研究方法を学ぶ。同時にJeremy Sugarman, Daniel P. Sulmasy EditionのMethods in Medical Ethics 2nd edition.（Georgetown University Press, 2010）を用いて関連方法論を学ぶ.
This course is intended to serve as an opportunity to read various types of empirical research papers in the field of biomedical ethics in major international journals. The course focuses on detailed methodologies applied in these published studies. |

/Goal of
study | | 学生は医療倫理に関する実証研究の方法論を身に付け、自らの研究の立案と実施に適切に応用することができる。同領域を初学者に教育できる。
Upon successful completion of this course it is expected that master students will be able to:
Students who complete this course are expected to accomplish the following objectives:
1）to learn diverse methods used in empirical research in the field of biomedical ethics;
2）to understand the characteristics of these methods;
3）to be able to gain the skills to design and implement one’s own research project;
and
4）to be able to provide similar educational programs with both beginner-students and healthcare professionals in clinical settings as a qualified teacher. |
