目的と概要
/Object

of Class | | 災害において、急性期から慢性期までのあらゆるフェーズにおいて専門性の高い医療が求められている。本科目では、災害保健医療を実践するために必要な様々な医療分野の知識や技能を修得する。
This course is designed to provide the opportunity to learn disaster medicine and health care scientifically during and after disasters, such as earthquake, tsunami, infection pandemic, CBRNE disaster, etc. This course is opened mainly to nurses, pharmacists, medical administrative officers, and the other medical professions. The graduate students in this course not only acquire knowledge of disaster-related medical and scientific issues but also the ability to conduct research related to disaster and humanitarian response through the acquisition of a master degree of medical sciences. This course is designed mainly for Japanese students, and are taught only in Japanese. |

1）CBRNE対応実習
CBRNE（化学：Chemical、生物：Biological、 放射性物質：Radiological、 核：Nuclear、 爆発物：Explosive)災害などの人為災害、中でも、福島原発事故に代表されるR災害に対する医療実習
2）災害保健医療コーディネーション実習
災害想定俯瞰演習、避難所アセスメント演習、本部運営技術演習、救護班調整演習などの災害時医療実践のための演習
3）災害急性期活動実習
BLS（Basic Life Support（一次救命処置）)、MCLS（Mass Casualty Life Support（多数傷病者への医療対応標準化トレーニング））、エマルゴ、BLSO（Basic Life Support in Obstetricsの略称。交通事故などの妊婦外傷を含む病院前の産科救急的対処）、JPTEC（Japan Prehospital Trauma Evaluation and Care）などのハンズオンセミナー
4）災害公衆衛生実習
国内や地域の自然災害事例を取り入れた実際の支援時や計画時の留意点を学ぶ実習
5）災害メンタルケア実習
災害急性期および慢性期における精神医学的メンタルケアに関する実習
6）災害薬事実習
災害時の薬事対応や薬事トリアージに関するハンズオンセミナー
7）ロジスティックサポート実習
災害時における情報管理、通信機能の確保、医療活動を展開する人員の確保、医療資器材の手配、被災地における行政機関等との調整などに関するハンズオンセミナー |
